In an era where digital communication is paramount, we identified a gap in teachers' confidence with video technology. This project aimed to bridge that gap through a creative, competitive framework.

The Challenge

Many educators felt uncomfortable presenting on camera or using video tools for instruction, limiting their ability to create flipped classroom content or engage with students remotely.

Our Solution

We designed a "Video Presentation Competition" that gamified the learning process.

  • Workshops: We provided intensive training on scripting, lighting, and editing.
  • Mentorship: Each participant was paired with a digital media mentor.
  • Showcase: A final gala event celebrated the best submissions, fostering a sense of pride and community.

The Impact

The results were transformative. Not only did technical skills improve, but teachers reported a 40% increase in confidence regarding digital instruction. The winning videos are now used as training assets across the district.
